We design to sensible accessibility standards: real colour contrast, text that stays readable when a user increases font size, forms with proper labels, and keyboard navigation that works. Yes, and it is often the better place to start. We review what you have, look at where visitors drop off, and redesign the parts that are costing you enquiries. A full rebuild is not always necessary — sometimes the homepage and the contact flow are the entire problem.
The proposal states the number of revision rounds at each stage. In practice, working through wireframes before visual design means the visual stage needs far fewer changes, because the structural arguments have already been settled.
Yes. If you have a logo, colours and printed material, the design works within that. If your branding is inconsistent or dated, we will say so and can propose a light refresh — but we will not quietly rebrand you without discussing it.
