Software Development Company in Lucknow
LigimeX is a custom software development company based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We design and build web applications, SaaS platforms, CRM and ERP systems, and industry software for clinics, salons, gyms and retailers — working with businesses across Lucknow and remotely throughout India.
What we actually do
We are a team of six engineers with 28 years of combined experience, working out of Lucknow since 2026. We are not a reseller and we do not subcontract your project to someone else. The people who scope your requirements are the people who write the code and hand over the system.
Most of our work falls into three buckets. First, business systems that replace spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups — clinic management, gym membership, salon bookings, GST invoicing, inventory. Second, customer-facing products — websites, e-commerce stores, booking portals, mobile apps. Third, internal platforms for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools, typically custom CRM or ERP.
Why work with a Lucknow team rather than a metro agency
Cost is the obvious reason, but it is not the most important one. The bigger difference is access. When your billing logic breaks on a Saturday, you want to reach the person who wrote it, not a ticket queue. Being in the same city means we can sit in your clinic, your showroom or your gym and watch how your staff actually work before we design anything.
That matters more than it sounds. A lot of failed software in India fails because it was designed for how a business is supposed to run rather than how it does run. Watching a receptionist handle three walk-ins and a phone call at once tells you more than a requirements document.
How an engagement runs
Every project starts with a free consultation — a conversation, not a sales pitch. We ask what you do today, what breaks, and what you would want to stop doing manually. From there you get a written proposal covering scope, milestones, timeline and a fixed price. You decide after you have that document, not before.
Our pricing philosophy
LigimeX was started because too many small business owners in India are quoted lakhs of rupees for work that does not warrant it. A neighbourhood clinic does not need enterprise architecture, and charging for it is not good engineering — it is bad scoping.
So we quote fixed scope for a fixed price, we tell you what is not included, and we do not bill for change requests that were our misunderstanding. If a cheaper approach will do the job, we will say so, even when it means a smaller invoice.

Frequently asked questions
software development company in Lucknow — the questions we get asked most.
We work with businesses across all of Lucknow — Gomti Nagar, Hazratganj, Aliganj, Indira Nagar, Alambagh, Chinhat and the surrounding areas — and remotely with clients elsewhere in Uttar Pradesh and across India. For local projects we are happy to meet at your premises.
It depends entirely on scope. A focused business system — bookings, billing, a customer portal — typically runs four to ten weeks. A larger platform such as a full ERP or a multi-tenant SaaS product runs longer. You get a milestone-level timeline in the written proposal before you commit, so there are no open-ended estimates.
Yes. Most of our clients are Indian businesses across metros and Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, and we also take remote engagements from the USA, UK, UAE, Singapore and Australia. Being in Lucknow is how we keep pricing sensible; it is not a limit on who we work with.
Yes. On final handover the source code is yours, along with documentation and deployment details. We do not hold clients hostage to a platform only we can maintain — if you want to move to another team later, you can.
Yes. Every project includes an agreed support period after go-live for fixes and questions. Beyond that we offer ongoing maintenance on a monthly basis if you want it, but it is optional — the system is yours and it does not stop working if you stop paying us.
