What happens after you get in touch
No sales sequence, no chasing. Here is the actual process.
1. We reply, usually the same day
One of the engineers reads your message — not an account manager. If we need more detail to give you a sensible answer, we will ask before quoting anything.
2. A conversation, not a pitch
A call or a meeting to understand what you do today, what breaks, and what you want to stop doing manually. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
3. A written proposal
Scope, milestones, timeline and a fixed price, with what is not included stated plainly. You decide after you have that document. There is no charge for it.
What to include in your message
You do not need a specification. These few things let us give you a useful answer instead of a generic one:
- What your business does — a clinic, a salon chain, a manufacturer; it changes the answer a lot.
- The problem, not the solution — “we lose track of enquiries” tells us more than “we need a CRM”.
- How you handle it today — a register, Excel, WhatsApp, or software you have outgrown.
- Any deadline — a season, a launch, a compliance date.
- Roughly what you are prepared to spend — not to price up to it, but so we can propose something that fits rather than wasting your time.
Before you write to us
Yes. The initial conversation and the written proposal that follows are free and carry no obligation. We would rather spend an hour finding out we are not a fit than start a project that was wrong from the beginning.
Usually within a few business hours, and almost always the same business day. If your question is quick, WhatsApp is the fastest route — the number goes to the team, not a call centre.
Yes. A single-doctor clinic and a small salon are exactly the kind of business we started this company for. Small scope is not a problem; what we will not do is quote enterprise architecture for a business that does not need it.
If you are in or near Lucknow, yes — and for operational software we prefer it. Watching how your front desk actually works for twenty minutes tells us more than a long requirements call. Elsewhere in India we work remotely over video.
That is normal and it is fine. Describe the problem in your own words and we will work out the shape of the solution with you. Turning a vague frustration into a defined scope is part of the job, not something you have to do before contacting us.
